Laurier Heights: Bathroom Inspiration

A little while ago, I shared my kitchen inspiration for our current home flip – Laurier Heights. And today, I thought I would share my bathroom design ideas. The kitchens and baths see the most drastic change (and account for the most money spent, of course!!!) but they are by far the most exciting part of the project. I wanted to continue some elements of the kitchen design into the bathroom to keep the home feeling cohesive – so black and white lives on! Check out some of my inspiration…

I absolutely love these bathroom spaces! White tile and walls, with jet black accents and a graphic floor – it’s clean and so beautiful. The high contrast could be a bit much for some but bringing in the wood accents helps achieve a nice balance and bring some warmth into the space. So, in the flip, expect to see white subway tiles with a dark grout line, a slate grey floor and, no surprise here, white walls. I plan to bring wood and black accents in with accessories and lighting. I don’t need much to make an impact, though. Here’s a glimpse of my plan and a little guide to bathroom accessories…

So what do you think of the bathroom design? Are you loving the high contrast black and white as much as I am?? We are getting so close to finishing, so you won’t have to wait long to see this reveal!! Stay tuned…
