I don’t know about you, but this week absolutely exhausted me. Maybe it’s because we never really got much downtime after getting home from our honeymoon – I mean we DID have our truck stolen and dumped in the North Saskatchewan river after all!! Loooong story! Anyways, the craziness of back to school and September is always exhausting, regardless if you are now forced to truck shop on top of everything else; but, I love weekends like this. It seems like everyone is seizing the chance to get out and soak up these last few precious days of warmth and sunshine. I love fall and if it wants to last a long time, I am ok with that!! We are off to have what may be our last outdoor BBQ with friends…a perfect Saturday in September.
And in another couple of Saturdays, you will see this girl in Vancouver, hitting up Blog Podium with some amazing local bloggers in tow. I am really looking forward to it! The new relationships that will come out of it, the knowledge I will bring back and the improvements I can make pushing forward in this blogging world. I have said to so many people that while I love blogging, I am now looking for that next step. Where can it go? How can I challenge myself and find new opportunities? I know that this event will help answer these and many other questions I have! So here’s to being a lifelong learner and pushing myself to do more! I can’t wait to share it all with you along the way!
