Hello Friday!! I don’t know about you but this week flew by for me and I didn’t really accomplish everything I set out to this week. Truthfully, I took a lazy day on my birthday!! Anyways, I thought I would start a potential new series (you never know how these things go) where I share my top 5 favourites from around the web on a couple Fridays a month – I’ll mostly be concentrating on my home decor favourites but hey, you never know what else can pop in! Here’s what I’m loving this week:
I’ve already started thinking about Christmas (I know it’s too early!!) but I am hosting a Christmas dinner for the first time this year and I’ve been thinking about my serving dishes. I’m usually an all white girls but I am loving these wood serving bowls!
I have talked a lot about getting some mudcloth pillows for awhile now but it’s time to bite the bullet. Some of my favourites, like this white one, come from Danielle Oakey’s Shop. Check it out!
I need some simple hooks for the baby’s room and I found these gorgeous maple ones on Etsy. I will definitely be ordering!
Years ago I picked up some copper measuring cups from Target and I love them! These measuring spoons would be the perfect addition for my X-mas baking!
And finally, I almost bought some similar baskets from another retailer, but them stopped in my tracks when I realized I could just pick some up at Ikea! 12.99!! And they have two looks – handles up or handles down! What a steal!

Omg those IKEA baskets are a steal!!! Plus you could paint the bottom part any colour to match your decor. Looks like I’m going to IKEA this weekend!
That’s exactly what I was thinking – to paint the bottoms!!! When I picked some up in Edmonton, there were only like 3 left in the bin…hopefully they restock!
