As we continue the progress on the Ravine House Master Bath, I’m now starting to look for all the decorative accents. I still need to finalize a lot of small decisions like hardware, pictures, shelving, hooks, etc. but one design choice I really want to nail is the rug!! I’ve been searching for a little while now, trying to find something that isn’t the typical fluffy bath mat…though they are super comfy! I think I may have found a winner that will tie in our black vanity, soft grey floors and the abundance of white, but you’ll have to patiently await the reveal to see what I chose (insert evil laugh here). Thankfully, as I searched away, I also rounded up some of my fave finds for all of you. Here are 7 bathroom rugs I love:
As you can probably see, none of these choices are necessarily “bathroom rugs” and that’s what I love. I basically found ones that could work in any space and looked to see if there were smaller 2 x 3 options. A lot of these would quickly jump out of my price range if I was sourcing a large rug, but that’s what’s great about this bathroom. I can afford to get a beautiful kilim rug, for instance, because a small size is so much more affordable. One of my absolute favourites is the Caitlin Wilson rug (#6) because it adds just the right amount of colour and would look beautiful next to a black vanity. Thanks hun! I love the UO rugs too! So beautiful. I think we decided on straight white…with hardwood floors, wood nightstands and a wood dresser, I think it’ll be too much wood lol
#4 and #6 are my favs! 6 would look incredible with a black vanity. I’m so excited to see all of these finished spaces <3
