After a couple of weeks of vacation (thank you for being patient with me), it’s time to dust the design and blogging hats off and get back to work! We are currently wrapping up the Heights house and will hopefully be sharing those final photos soon. But even more exciting is that we’ve already got our sights set on our next house flip! Yes, technically that means two houses at once! Let me officially introduce you to the lovely Lady Laurier.

Ok so she’s not actually very lovely at the moment, but we’ve got massive plans to make her shine! We aren’t new to the Laurier Heights neighbourhood, having already completed a flip here a couple of winters ago. But we are attempting something very new with Lady here…We are adding a SECOND STOREY! We love revamping layouts and reimagining spaces, but as of yet, we’ve never done an addition. It has always been on our bucket list though and Lady Laurier fit the bill when it came to structure, lot size and neighbourhood. To say we’re excited is a bit of an understatement!!
I can’t wait to show you what we have in store. Our great friend, Ashley Hutchinson, has been helping us with the drawings and designing the second floor, which I will share very soon! We are having a bit of a debate about bedroom numbers and sizing, so I must just need you all to way in. Anyways…
